  • What do you like to do in your spare time?

I found out during Covid that I enjoy building wooden 3-D puzzles. It is very calming.

  • What inspires you?

People that give without expecting anything in return. People that lead a selfless life.

  • Why are you on the board of directors?

I never really had an urge to be on a board, but I volunteered to help out with the first Compassion Delivered gala. The next year I became a board member. I saw the impact of what a board could do. That was over five years ago. I am so glad I am on this board. We are able to help so many.

  • Who is a hero of yours?

I would say any philanthropist; those that give unselfishly and are compassionate. Those are such admirable qualities.

  • What is something quirky about you?

I am a huge fan of sci-fi. I love both Star Wars and Star Trek.
