2nd ANNUAL SWING FOR CHANGE GOLF OUTING

Join us on the Quarry Golf Course Saturday, June 18, 2022.

The registration deadline is May 27, 2022. (Must be pre-paid). 

$500 for a team of four or $125 per player.

Cost includes light breakfast, lunch on the turn, and dinner that includes beer, water, and soft drinks. Each entry will have two drink tickets and two raffle tickets.

Purchase your “Master Ticket” per player for $30.00 (Includes mulligan, one extra putt, a Compassion Delivered golf ball for a putting contest, one additional raffle ticket.) *One per player. 

The “Master Ticket” can be purchased the day of for $35.00 per player.

Skins: $20.00 per team

Extra Raffle Tickets: $5.00 each
