  • What do you like to do in your spare time?

My commitment and intention to fitness, journaling, and listening to meaningful podcasts/content are some of my best practices that have been a game-changer in my life. Where I find the most joy now is my connect and “off the grid” time with my wife, Riley, my newest daughter, Sloane and my golden doodle, Willie.

  • What inspires you?

My purpose in life has always been to take someone’s current energy level and raise it to another level. That purpose has driven me in every area of my life, whether it be personally, professionally, relationally, and spiritually.

  • Why are you on the board of directors?

After attending the Be the Change Gala in 2019, I fell in love with the mission and core values of Compassion Delivered. Being in a position to serve in whatever capacity I’m called to do is my greatest motivation. As a small part of the community that Amanda and Daniel have built, I believe this position allows me to connect on a deeper level with those we serve, our team and all we come across.

  • Who is a hero of yours?

My late grandparents are my true heroes and an embodiment of the core values that my parents raised me with:

    • Mary Rondinella- Compassion and Love
    • Ted “Popeye” Rondinella- Humility and Care
    • Joseph Carter- Wisdom and Patience
    • Josephine Carter- Tough Love and Resilience
  • What’s something quirky about you?

You will always find me watching, quoting and living out the best moments from Boy Meets World, as well as the life lessons from George Feeny.
